The CCPF meets regularly to discuss issues that arise when trying to meet the health needs of Cambridgeshire within limited resources. The role of the CCPF is to advise both NHS Cambridgeshire and NHS Peterborough Boards on the clinical effectiveness, cost effectiveness, appropriateness and relative priority of new and existing treatments/services. If a treatment is of unproven effectiveness, poor cost effectiveness or of low overall priority, the forum considers under what circumstances the treatment should be available in Cambridgeshire under the National Health Service.

Cambridgeshire Drug & Alcohol Action Team

The DAAT is working to reduce the harm that drugs cause to communities in the county, including Community Support, Drug Awareness for Community Groups and letting Cambridgeshire residents know what work is being done to tackle drugs throughout the county. The DAAT aims to get drug-misusing offenders into treatment.
